Our take
I picked up this PM3 monitor as a spare for my Concept 2 rower. The rechargeable battery pack is a nice upgrade from the old AA batteries, and installation was straightforward. The plastic housing feels a bit lightweight, but it's held up fine so far. It's compatible with most Concept 2 models, which is great. However, for $125, I wish it included a few more features like a heart rate strap. If you need a replacement monitor or an extra for a home gym, this works, but keep in mind it's an older model compared to the PM5.
