Our take
I bought this seat cushion to try on my Concept 2, and it does make the seat more comfortable. The memory foam conforms nicely, but after a few sessions, it started to flatten a bit. Listing says it has a max weight of 150 lb, which seems low for a rowing cushion. Again, specs are mixed up, so don't expect any monitor. For the price, it's okay but not great. If you're heavy, it might not hold up.
